The site provides release verification, download navigation, Windows setup information and tutorials for controlled network impairment testing with Clumsy. Download links lead to external official GitHub Release assets after an in-page countdown. The site does not promise continuous availability of GitHub, the project repository or any external file.

Content is informational and may be updated as releases, Windows behavior, security products and official documentation change. We may add, remove or revise pages and features without notice.

2. Independent status and software ownership

Clumsy and the jagt/clumsy repository belong to their respective project owner and contributors. This site does not claim ownership of that software or an official relationship with its developer. Official project media is used to explain the software and is attributed to its source context.

Your right to use Clumsy depends on the project's license, applicable law and organizational policy. Review the official repository and license before redistribution, modification or commercial use.

3. Responsible and acceptable use

You are responsible for filters, permissions, device policy, test scope, data loss and recovery. Save work before impairment and confirm normal connectivity after every test.
