The official project is authoritative, but its compact documentation assumes technical context. A newer commit is not automatically described as a newer release. A third-party archive named 0.4 or 0.6 is not treated as official simply because its number is higher. When evidence is incomplete, the site says so instead of inventing compatibility, safety or version claims.
